Sept. 22nd & 29th and Oct. 6th & 13th
at the Coliseum from 6:00 –7:20pm

CanPower Skate provides hockey/ringette players with an opportunity to develop power and strength in their skating skills. Skaters will also increase balance, agility and endurance during these skating sessions. Full hockey/ ringette equipment including CSA approved helmet and stick is required.
JUNIOR CANPOWER is for skaters up to 8 years old who are working on Level 1 &2 of the Canpowerskate Program. Junior CanPower sessions are Wednesdays from 6:00-6:40pm.
SENIOR CANPOWER is for skaters who are 9 years and older who have strong skating skills (unless consent is given by the Head Coach). Senior Canpower skaters will work on levels 3 to 6 of the Canpowerskate program. Senior CanPower sessions are Wednesdays from 6:40-7:20pm.
