The OWEN SOUND SKATING CLUB, a Skate Canada sanctioned club, is part of the Central Ontario Section (COS). All of the programs offered by our club take place at the Owen Sound Coliseum. Our mission is to provide quality skating programs for all levels of skaters, recreational to competitive, in which the skills of each skater are developed to their highest potential. Our club has been operating for more than 70 years and has a membership of over 200 skaters.

As a non-profit organization, The Owen Sound Skating Club is dependent on volunteers for its many programs, special events, competitions, test days, providing meals for judges & officials and numerous other functions to run the club on a daily basis. Skating clubs exist to provide ice, fun, instruction, competitions and recreation for skaters of all ages and abilities. Without volunteers, the club could not function.
